The 2019 Ford Mustang configurator is live on Ford.com complete with most pricing, allowing us to compare the base numbers for the 2018 and 2019 model years – revealing a modest $165 increase across the lineup.
The biggest change for the 2019 Ford Mustang is the return of the Bullitt package, so the arrival of the new model year “Build &Price” option on Ford.com really doesn’t reveal much, but it does give prospective buyers a chance to check out the pricing for the various models and options. For the most part, the pricing of the 2019 Mustang is near that of the 2018 model year, but the entire lineup does see a small price increase of $165.
2019 Mustang EcoBoost
The 2019 Ford Mustang EcoBoost package comes in standard or premium, with either the fastback design or a convertible top.
The 2019 Mustang EcoBoost fastback is once again the base model, with a price starting at $25,845 (none of these numbers include the $995 destination fee). If you want leather or other upgrades, you can step up to the 2019 Mustang EcoBoost Premium fastback for $30,860.
The EcoBoost convertible starts at $31,345 and the EcoBoost Premium droptop starts at $36,360.
All of these prices include the standard 6-speed manual transmission, but for $1,595, you can opt for the 10-speed automatic. That price is unchanged from 2018.
2019 Mustang GT
The 2019 Ford Mustang GT is offered as a fastback in standard or Premium form while the convertible comes only as a premium model.
The “base” 2019 Mustang GT fastback with the 6-speed manual transmission starts at $35,355 while the loaded-up GT Premium fastback starts $4,000 more with a price of $39,355. The 2019 GT Premium convertible starts at $44,855.
Bullitt and Shelby
The 2019 Ford Mustang Bullitt is currently available on the website with a starting price of $46,595 and while we know that the Shelby GT350 will return for 2019 – that model is not yet included in the 2019 Build & Price system.
