Since separating from the newly formed Ram Truck brand, the Dodge brand has gone away from the Ram’s head logo to a bold font logo bearing the Dodge name with two red lines along the back and to recognize the new logo and new era of the Dodge brand, Chrysler Group has re-launched the official Dodge brand blog – RedLineDodge.com.

RedLineDodge.com was officially kicked off by a group of Dodge brand managers and company experts who caravanned five new Dodge products from Detroit to Carlisle PA for the biggest all-Chrysler event in the world. I was invited to join this group of company gurus as I represented TorqueNews and DodgeForum.com as we transported the 2011 Dodge Challenger SRT8 392, the 2011 Dodge Charger R/T, the 2011 Dodge Durango R/T, the 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan R/T and the 2011 Dodge Avenger R/T from the Motor City for the massive car show featuring literally every imaginable Chrysler product from the 1950s and beyond.

RedLineDodge.com is the re-launch name of the site formerly known as RedLetterDodge.com. The site features Dodge news in a blog format from around the automotive world; from the latest results of the Dodge NASCAR teams to coverage of the Carlisle Chrysler Nationals to auto show reviews of company displays – RedLineDodge.com brings the Dodge enthusiast a close-up look at the happenings of their favorite brand. Click here for a closer look at the new RedLineDodge.com website, including a ton of coverage from Carlisle, news on the current models and the world of Dodge motorsports.

Once we got to Carlisle, we set up the five vehicles in a huge carnival tent for attending enthusiasts to check out while the folks from Chrysler answered questions about the vehicles. The crew from Dodge also had trivia questions announced over the PA system and the first five show-goers to get to the RedLineDodge display with the correct answers won a Dodge shirt…while those who didn’t get the right answer were able to score some free Dodge decals and posters. When heading to the event, from the event and cruising around the Carlisle area with thousands of other Chrysler lovers – we also got to raise a little hell in these powerful new Dodge products with three Hemi V8s and two Pentastar V6s amounting to almost 1,800 combined horsepower.
