Goodyear has two new Wrangler tires heading into 2023 that owners of Trucks and SUVs should take note of.

Goodyear Wrangler Workhorse HT
The new Wrangler Workhorse HT tire from Goodyear is engineered to deliver dependable all-season traction. Goodyear says that the Wrangler Workhorse HT provides a smooth, confident ride and the strength to go the extra mile through snow, rain, sleet, or shine.
The Goodyear Wrangler Workhorse HT is available in 34 sizes. It is size and design compatible with a wide range of today’s most popular SUVs and pick-up trucks, such as the Ford Explorer, the Chevrolet Silverado, and the Toyota Tundra.
The Wrangler Workhorse HT features a long-wearing 60,000-mile tread designed to deliver lasting tread life and traction in wet, dry and light snow driving conditions. The Wrangler Workhorse HT uses innovative soybean oil technology, part of Goodyear’s global journey to fully replace petroleum-derived oils in its tires by 2040.
Goodyear Wrangler Steadfast HT - Highway Focus For Popular Vehicle Models
The Wrangler Steadfast HT tire is Goodyear’s strongest-performing highway tire to date, according to the company. The Steadfast HT is a premium all-season tire offering a design that provides strong wet performance and enhanced ride comfort. Goodyear added DuPont Kevlar in the tread with the aim of providing puncture and heat resistance. The Kevlar also protects against pothole damage and other hazards.
“When engineering the Wrangler Steadfast HT tire, we wanted to introduce a new level of premium to the highway tire category,” said Michiel Kramer, director of Consumer Product Marketing at Goodyear. “Steadfast stands for ‘firm in purpose’ – and with an innovative tread and sidewall design that offers drivers a long-lasting and comfortable ride, along with enhanced wet traction and Kevlar durability – Wrangler Steadfast HT is built to handle whatever adventure comes their way.”

Although these new tires are meant primarily for pickups and SUVs, Goodyear hasn’t forgotten where the industry is headed. To stay ahead of growing demand in the electric vehicle market, Goodyear announced in September of this year its ElectricDrive all-season tire and two new sizes for its ultra-high performance EV tire, the Goodyear ElectricDrive GT. With the addition of four new sizes to its EV tire lineup, Goodyear ElectricDrive is a fit for nearly half of the battery-electric vehicle models operating in the U.S. today.
