Subaru Australia is introducing the new Subaru Impreza to customers in a new experience. Would you check out a new car in a shopping center?
Customers will be able to check out the all-new 2017 Subaru Impreza in shopping center stores popping up in Australia. It’s a new concept Subaru is trying down under in their first “do” permanent store within Werribee Shopping center this month. The new “lifestyle” experience store is currently displaying models including the new 2017 Impreza compact, Forester SUV and Outback wagon that are a reflection of three different values, technology, lifestyle and performance.
Shoppers are able to experience the Subaru brand in a new way. The layout of the store is cleverly set so customers can explore the cars in the comfort of a relaxing environment. Subaru’s goal is to make the buying experience as fun as possible by offering customers convenience and time saving.
The store emphasizes the lifestyle aspects of the brand
Once the shoppers step inside the digital showroom, they are greeted with three touch screens to interact and browse other vehicles in the range, driving simulators, an open “dining” table, performance stories showcasing the Subaru Global Platform, technology and safety features, Subaru merchandise, bikes, canoes, and even surfboards to emphasize the lifestyle aspects of the brand.
A friendly group of Subaru “do” experience team members welcome and assist customers throughout the entire process. They can even take test drives. No, not inside the mall, but six parking spots outside the shopping center are reserved so that customers can conveniently go for one on the same day.
Subaru is attracting more first-time Subaru customers
The Subaru brand around the globe, is attracting new customers that have never purchased a Subaru vehicle before. Shoppers can check out the all-new 2017 Subaru Impreza, Forester SUV and Outback wagon. This is another way Subaru aims to pioneer the way customers shop and interact with their “lifestyle” products. Subaru Australia’s Managing Director, Colin Christie said, “The store increases the mental availability of the Subaru brand. For example, we have had people walk into the Werribee store and saying that they would have never considered the brand if it wasn’t for the convenient presence in the shopping center.”
