Getting a high-performance SUV to do 60 mph in less than 5 seconds isn't an easy feat as you not only need a fair amount of power, but also traction. But what if you were to do this on a muddy path or snowy road?
Land Rover wondered about this and decided to pit the Range Rover Sport SVR on various terrains to see how fast it could hit 100 kph (62 mph). The automaker released a video showing an SVR driving on tarmac, grass, a muddy trail, gravel, and snow. Not only was this a demonstration of the 550 horsepower supercharged V8, but it was also a demonstration of Terrain Response 2 system which was able to put the power down on various surfaces. It should be noted the runs were done with the SVR's standard tires, a set of Michelin all-seasons.
We'll spoil one part of the video. On tarmac, the Range Rover Sport SVR hit 62 mph in 4.7 seconds. If you want to find out how it fared on the rest of the surfaces, you're going to need to watch the video.

A better question is how fast
A better question is how fast will the depreciation of the Ranger Rover drop to the value of scrap metal used in it's construction. We know one fact it's far, far faster than any other vehicle you can buy.
