United Country King Auction & Realty Co. Inc., announces the two-day absolute auction of collector cars, gas station collectibles, railroad cabooses and memorabilia, on August 27 and 28, both live and online according to auctioneer Jerry King.
"This is an incredible opportunity to purchase some amazing collector cars and original railroad cabooses from a one-owner private collection," said King. "These items are selling absolute, which means they will sell to the highest bidder."
Up for grabs are a 1965 Corvette convertible 396, with 425HP engine and four-speed transmission, completely restored with factory sidepipes, a 1969 Corvette convertible with 427 engine, three deuces, four-speed transmission, in triple black with factory sidepipes. Also available is a 1940 Ford Coupe V8, a 1949 Ford F-5 truck half ton, a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro, a 1999 Harley Davidson Heritage Soft Tail plus several lots of transmissions and tops for 1963 to 1972 Corvettes.
"This is probably the largest find of this type of collectibles to have ever been offered at auction," King said. "We have hundreds of original porcelain and tin advertising signs, Coca-Cola, Pepsi-Cola, Chevrolet, Texaco, Shell and Tobacco memorabilia, neon clocks, neon signs, numerous antique gas pumps and air pumps, pedal cars, pedal tractors, vintage toys, antique barber poles, as well as brass church and train bells."
