Thirty Chicago area Toyota dealers are banding together to offer area residents the chance to win a replica of the 2012 Toyota Camry Pace Car that will grace the annual running of the historic Daytona 500 at the famed track this month.

Open only to residents of Illinois and Indiana, there are four different ways to enter. First, stop by any of the 30 participating dealers, shoot a picture of the Camry Pace Car Snap Tag and send it to 27205. Or you could simply text the word Camry to the same short code. If you attend the Chicago Auto show, shoot a pic of the Snap Tag at the Toyota display, and forward it. Finally, if you can’t do any of the above, click on a related ad banner at sites like DriveChicago.com or just click here.

All entries must be in by February 16. By February 17, 10 semi-finalists will have been selected who will then still have the chance to win the Camry as the Chicago Auto Show ends February 19. On that day, the semi-finalists will assemble at the Toyota exhibit to receive an identical envelope. The one who finds a picture of the Camry in their envelope will be the grand prize winner.

The sweepstakes is open to all legal residents, 18 years of age and older, but only in the in the counties of Cook, Dupage, Grundy, Kane, Kankakee, Kendall, Lake, LaSalle, McHenry and Will in Illinois plus the Jasper, La Porte, Lake, Newton and Porter counties of Indiana.

This marks the first time a manufacturer of non-domestic origin has been selected by NASCAR to have a pace car at the Daytona 500, a huge feather in the Toyota cap.

"We at Toyota are truly excited to have our reinvented 2012 Camry serve as the official pace car for the Great American Race, stated Curt McAllister, Midwest PR Mgr.for Toyota. “The Daytona 500 is one of the true spectacles in all of motorsports and for our company to serve as the first non-domestic nameplate is truly thrilling and historic."

The Great American Race is scheduled for February 26.
