Learn how to find the latest 2022 RAV4 and RAV4 Hybrid model. It might be easier than you think.
This year Toyota RAV4 celebrates 25 years in its rich history. The fifth generation RAV4 and RAV4 Hybrid have been available since the 2019 model year, and they have never been more popular.
Best-selling small SUV in the country.
2022 Toyota RAV4 Updates
One of the most talked-about 2022 RAV4 changes is the addition of Cavalry Blue color to the Toyota RAV4 lineup. Cavalry Blue, of course, has been offered in the past with FJ Cruiser and as a Toyota TRD Pro exclusive color choice.
Now it comes to both 2022 RAV4 and 2022 RAV4 Hybrid.
You can now find Cavalry Blue on RAV4 Hybrid XSE, the all-new RAV4 Hybrid SE, and RAV4 TRD Off-Road.
With it becoming available on three popular Toyota RAV4 models, Cavalry Blue could be a little easier to find if that is what you want to buy.
However, with the ongoing vehicle shortage, it is difficult to really predict where and how you can find it. Current supply and demand levels are different in just about every region in the country.
So, I suppose, I am discussing both good and not-so-good news concurrently.
Other 2022 RAV4 Changes
In addition to the new 2022 RAV4 Hybrid SE and Cavalry Blue, you will find other useful updates, upgrades, and changes this model year.
RAV4 Hybrid LE, XLE, Hybrid XLE, and Adventure have new wheel colors. The 2022 RAV4 Hybrid XSE, Hybrid XLE Premium, and Hybrid Limited get new wheel designs.
A new headlight design is updated for 2022 RAV4 XLE trims and higher. This design is sleeker, more modern, and a little meaner looking. I really like it and I wonder what your thoughts are.
Another important update includes illuminated interior buttons, levers, and switches. This is something RAV4 owners and fans have been asking about for years. Imagine the subtle but impactful benefit of being able to see what you want to control at nighttime. In the dark. Let there be light.

Also look for interior locking glove box and LED interior lamps on all 2022 Toyota RAV4 trim levels. RAV4 Limited adds an 8-way power passenger seat as well.
One more change – 2022 RAV4 XSE Hybrid now includes vertical LED accent lights like those seen in a RAV4 Prime XSE.

So your point is getting a Cavalry Blue Rav4 is easier than I think? I've been shopping entire state of California. I have to either wait for more than 3 months for a Rav4 sold at msrp. Or I have to pay high markup to get it quick. Reading this is entirely waste of my time.

I've been searching Southern California for a Cavalry Blue XSE Hybrid and all I could get is a gray one, $3500 over MSRP. I passed. I can wait until I can get it at MSRP.
