The Harley Davidson motorcycle brand turned 115 years old this year and as part of the celebration, the company has teamed up with the customizing experts to Tuscany to create the newest Harley-themed Ford F-150.
Over the past two decades, Ford Motor Company has collaborated with Harley Davidson to offer F-150 and Super Duty buyers a chance to drive a truck that represents their favorite motorcycle brand. Back in 2000 through 2003, Ford offered a supercharged F-150 that wore the Harley name and in 2004 and 2005, the F-250 and F-350 got the Harley Davidson packages. There was also a Harley-themed F-150 in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010, 2011 and 2012, while the other bike-themed Super Duty models were offered in 2008 and 2009.
It has been a few years now since Ford Motor Company has offered a factory-built truck with Harley Davidson badging, but the truck shown above is a 2019 F-150 built without the help of FoMoCo. Harley wanted to celebrate their 115th anniversary and rather than working directly with Ford, the legendary motorcycle company turned to the Ford truck customizing experts at Tuscany to create the F-150 Harley Davidson Concept Truck.
“Harley-Davidson is one of the most iconic brands in the world,” said Jeff Burttschell, Vice President, Tuscany Motor Co. “The new truck was designed to evoke the same sense of power and freedom as the Harley-Davidson motorcycles that inspired it.”
The Tuscany Harley Davidson F-150
The 2019 Ford F-150 Harley Davidson Concept Truck built by Tuscany was designed to represent the iconic “Fat Boy” motorcycles. Exterior features of the package include unique 22-inch wheels wrapped in 35-inch tires, Flowmaster exhaust with exclusive solid billet aluminum tips, a BDS Suspension lift with upgraded FOX shocks, power running boards with integrated LED lighting, unique fender flares, functional fender vents, a new front bumper with an integrated skid plate, an LED light bar, a custom grille, a functional ram-air-style hood, a rear bumper with exhaust cutouts, a Harley Davidson tailgate applique and a locking tonneau cover with the Harley Davidson logo along with other HD badging around the outside.
Inside, the package adds unique stainless steel gauges, billet racing pedals, two-ton diamond-stitched custom leather seats, a serialized center console badge with the Harley logo, HD floormats, HD entry sill plates and unique interior accent coloring on the dash, doors and steering wheel.
There is no mention in the press release on how much this package will cost if Tuscany begins offering it to the public, but Harley Davidson fans who are attending the ongoing 115th anniversary celebration in Wisconsin this weekend can check out the newest Harley F-150 in person.
