The new Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 made its world debut this week at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show and now the official website for the new Italian supercar is live, providing a good look at everything that the Aventador has to offer.

The Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 website opens with an Arancio Atlas (Atlas Orange) Aventador on an all-black page with “2.9s to Revolution” with a button linking to a Lamborghini video. On the left side of this introductory page are a handful of tabs that take you to different pages. The first additional page explains the root of the Aventador name which is, not surprisingly, taken from a famous fighting bull in Spain.

Next, we have a small gallery of the new Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 from a variety of angles, followed by a tab called “colors”. In here, you can flip through the different color options (13 of them) with the paint codes arranged into 5 different categories; Solid Standard, Solid Option, Metallic Option, Pearl Effect Option (this is where you find Arancio Atlas) and finally Matt Finish Option. It may take a second to load, but as you pass over each of the color categories, a group of available colors in that style pop up and when you click on the color that you prefer, a new Aventador in that color appears below the boxes. My favorite color of the group is Arancio Argos, a darker shade of pearl orange that borders on red, which looks awfully sexy with those black wheels and vents. On the same page as the exterior color options is a tab that takes you inside of the new Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4, with four different interior styles with a variety of color options within each.

After you have gotten your fill of changing the color of your virtual Lamborghini Aventador, the next few tabs walk you through the technical specs, including details of the 700 horsepower engine, the vehicle size and weight specifications and of course, top speed and 0-62 time. By the way…those figures are 217 miles per hour for the top speed and 2.9 seconds to tear from 0-62.

Finally, the new Aventador website offers you a look at the standard features and the interesting optional items, like the transparent engine cover and different colored brake calipers. The very last tab offers you a list of Lamborghini dealerships around the world where you will be able to check out the new Aventador once they begin hitting dealerships later this year.

Reading about the new Lamborghini Aventador’s website can only offer you so much, so if you have a few minutes to tool around the Italian supercar-makers website, click here for more! Check out the gallery below for a closer look at the new Aventador LP700-4!
