Some prefer the help of an Auto Care Center expert, so Walmart also launched a new interactive shopping experience on Walmart.com called Walmart Tire Finder. It allows customers to virtually interact with a Walmart Auto Care Center expert, who helps guide you through the tire buying process based on your driving environment, warranty, and budget preferences.
“We know selecting tires can be complicated, so we’ve made the intimidating process easy,” said Jon Freshman, vice president of digital services at Walmart U.S. “We’re giving our customers convenient digital options that bring our auto care center expertise right to their fingertips, helping them make smart decisions from anywhere. This is the latest example of Walmart removing pain points to create a simple experience that puts our customers at the center.”
If you have purchased tires from Walmart in the past or using the new app, please tell us in the comments below how it went.

Bought 4 new Goodyear tires
Bought 4 new Goodyear tires for my car 4/30/2022. Tech that balanced tires didn't know what he was doing! Weights in wrong place( as in too many weights). Not balanced! They are counter balanced! Went to different Walmart and Lead tech, the man that trains the other techs, said they were good! Doesn't know what he is talking about. The weights I see on outside of rim, two of them, are six to ten inches from each other! Rims are not dented and tires are brand new! Techs need to be trained right! One other thing. Lug nuts tightened with impact!
