When it comes to user experience, not all vehicles are user-friendly when it comes to ease of interacting with the car’s voice control, driver-assistance systems, phone pairing, infotainment and navigating touchscreens. Wards Auto has evaluated the user experience of 25 all-new or significantly improved vehicles as part of the 2018 Wards 10 Best UX competition and found the all-new 2019 Subaru Ascent family hauler is one of the 10 best vehicles for consumers.

One thing Wards Auto didn’t mention was the Ascents new Subaru Starlink Entertainment Anywhere infotainment system ($970). The new 2019 Ascent is the first Subaru to offer an in-vehicle WI-FI hotspot. The new kit gives families the ability to stay connected, engaged, and entertained while on the road. The kit includes two 9.7-inch iPad 32GB Wi-Fi models, two Harman Kardon Bluetooth headphones, and two Otterbox Defender Series iPad cases. Keeping the kids happy is a family-friendly feature and will likely find it easy to use.
