The 2021 Subaru Forester, Outback, and Crosstrek prices are going up this summer. Check how much they’ve gone up and how they compare with the U.S. average.
If you are shopping for a 2021 Subaru Forester, Outback, Crosstrek, Ascent, or other new Subaru model, you’ll find prices going up. Some new models like the 2021 Forester and 2021 Crosstrek may be hard to find as the demand is outstripping supply. 2022 Outback models arrive now, and customers should see an improved inventory of the midsize SUV.
According to the analysts at Kelley Blue Book, new vehicle prices in the U.S. increased $2,527 (up 6.4 percent) from June 2020 while increasing $928 (up 2.2 percent) from May 2021. New reports say Subaru inventory will be light this summer in some areas and may not be back to normal until August. A new report from Automotive News reveals Subaru of America has an eight-day supply of vehicles as of July 1, 2021, the lowest of any car brand.
AN said the eight-day supply for Subaru of America includes retailer stock on their lots and models in-transit from the Subaru plant in Lafayette, Indiana, and Gunma, Japan.
2021 Subaru Forester, 2022 Outback, and 2021 Crosstrek, Ascent, or other new Subaru model prices are going up. Customers should ask the salesperson for any available incentives not advertised to get the best deal.
