The newly-refreshed 2021 Subaru Crosstrek becomes a category finalist for Best Small Utility Vehicle for 2021.
The 2021 Subaru Crosstrek is enjoying incredible sales in North America and is named a category finalist for the Automotive Journalists Association of Canada (AJAC) Best Small Utility Vehicle for 2021. The newly-refreshed Crosstrek compact SUV takes the first step towards AJAC's Utility of the Year award.
The 2021 Subaru Crosstrek just finished its best December ever for Subaru of America and Subaru Canada. It's one of the brand's top models in North America. AJAC picks models that are newly redesigned, refreshed, and carried over from previous model years.

The 2021 Crosstrek gets a refresh with new Sport trim and now has a more powerful (30 additional horsepower) 2.5-liter direct-injection Boxer engine under the hood. The Sport also gets Subaru's dual-function X-Mode with deep snow and mud settings.
The 2021 Subaru Crosstrek arrived just in time for the winter driving season in the U.S. and Canada. Crosstrek comes with 8.7-inches of ground clearance, allowing the compact SUV to power through deep mud or snow quickly.
The 2021 Crosstrek just picked up another award this month for "Crossover Of The Year 2021" from 4X4 Magazine. They gave the small SUV the award for its safety technologies, superior on-road handling, and impressive off-road skills thanks to its standard Symmetrical all-wheel drive.
"We develop our vehicles for Canadian roads and climate, and with our customers' safety as a top priority," said SCI chairman, president, and CEO Yasushi Enami. "We're very proud to be considered by such a distinguished organization as AJAC.”
Sales of the new 2021 Crosstrek have been hot since it arrived last fall in Subaru showrooms. It's one of the hardest to find models in North America, and the all-new Crosstrek Sport trim is leading the way.
The 2021 Crosstrek subcompact SUV comes in five trim levels for active customers. The base trim is priced from $22,245, Premium ($23,295), all-new Sport ($26,495), Limited with the 2.5-liter engine ($27,995). Destination and delivery add $1,050.
The 2021 Subaru Crosstrek is now a finalist for Best Small Utility Vehicle for 2021, and it's already picking up awards. The compact SUV is a standout for the Japanese automaker.
