Nissan USA is showing new 2017 GT-R owners just how thankful they are for them this holiday week. They get a complimentary track day.
If you own a Nissan GT-R high-performance machine, there’s really no way to experience the car’s full potential unless you take it to the track. That’s what Nissan is giving new 2017 GT-R owners. It’s Thanksgiving week and Nissan is thankful for their high-performance enthusiasts. They’re giving away a complimentary track day with the purchase of a new 2017 Nissan GT-R. Buyers will be comped a full day of driving instruction at the Virginia International Raceway (VIR) in Danville, Virginia.
After owners get at least 1,200 miles on their new GT-R sports car, to break in the 565hp 3.8-liter V6, they will drive on one of five track configurations at VIR, with a top performance driving instructor advising on proper track technique. Nissan says they will still retain the full manufacturer's warranty on their vehicle, which is rare in the industry.
Who qualifies for the free track day?
The complimentary Thanksgiving offer will be available for all U.S. GT-R buyers who purchase their performance car between November 14, 2016 and March 31, 2017. Nissan will give owners instruction, after they take delivery, on how to reserve their track time. Nissan puts a value of $2,000 on the free day.
Nissan USA is thankful for their high-performance enthusiasts and show how much with the complementary track day. The offer is good for up to one year after purchase of a new 2017 Nissan GT-R. Owners will be responsible for all costs associated with travel, lodging and logistics. Get complete details here.
