The Outback was picked by Autotrader this week as the best 2-Row SUV. The Outback edged out an impressive field of other 2022 finalists, including the Toyota RAV4, Mazda CX-5, Ford Bronco Sport, and the all-electric Ford Mustang Mach-E.

The 2022 Subaru Outback scores Kelly Blue Book's (KBB) sixth-best Holiday Road Trip Car. With the Thanksgiving holiday coming up and families are hitting the road, KBB picked the 12-best vehicles for the holiday trip.
KBB says, "This 5-passenger midsize crossover is roomy and comfortable, and the newest generation is the most refined and luxurious to date. Its safety is top-notch, as this Top Safety Pick+ model has its EyeSight suite of driver-assist tech and all-wheel drive as standard."

The 2022 Outback comes in eight trim levels; the base trim is priced from $27,845, Premium ($30,270), Limited ($34,720), Touring ($38,620), Onyx Edition XT ($36,270), new for 2022, Outback Wilderness ($38,120), Limited XT ($39,120), and Touring XT ($41,070). Pricing includes $1,125 destination and delivery fees.
