Trusted car website Edmunds.com posted a review of the 2015 Jaguar F-Type and it’s filled with feedback from consumers like you, what they had to say may surprise you!
How much faith do you put into feedback and customer reviews when you are thinking of making a big purchase? Websites are full of consumer reviews on everything from TV’s, Lawn Mowers, Vacuum Cleaners, to Vehicles. You have to decide if you will trust these complete strangers with helping sway your decision to buy or not buy a particular brand or model.
A new car is a big decision that often makes a financial impact on you and your family, so I am curious if you pay much attention to these reviews. The best option is to take most of them with a grain of salt and try to weed out some of the folks on there just trying to get a rise out of you or start a conflict. With that said, I do a lot of research myself when I make a large ticket purchase. It’s best to see if you hear mostly the same comments about an item, for instance if many of the reviews point to a common theme or an issue it pointed out by several reviews.
The average consumer rating for the F-Type on Edmunds.com was 5.5 out of 6 stars. Listed below are a few of the comments left by consumers like you on the 2015 Jaguar F-Type:
“Best Sports Car I’ve Driven”, “An Absolute Head Rush”, “Great Fun to Drive”, “Sounds Better than my Maserati Grand Turismo and most Ferrari’s”, “Trunk will hold a full set of gold clubs”, “The build quality is excellent”, “The F-Type pins you back in your seat and provides an exhilarating driving experience without beating you up”
And to be fair, I’ve included some of the negative comments:
“Rear View is Extremely Limited”, “Very small car”, “Needs more leg room”
I noticed there were no negative comments about lack or power or performance! One guy was so impressed with the V6 model he was trying to discourage other from buying the V8, saying “This cat has Plenty of Power”. No matter how much you read or how many reviews to search through, in the end, the decision is up to you. Go test drive one for yourself and see if you agree, but the reviews seem to be overwhelmingly in favor of this powerful cat called F-Type!
