The special editions honor the U.S Military. Jeep was just voted America's Most Patriotic Brand for 20th year in a row.
Jeep’s connection to the U.S. military goes back to 1941. The brand traces its roots to meeting the needs of service people. Jeep once again is honoring that relationship with a new Limited-Edition Freedom package designed for the 2023 Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator.
2023 Jeep Special Edition Freedom Package
The new Freedom Package gives the 2023 Jeep Wranglers and Gladiators military-themed designs as well as special badging and flag decals. One of the special badges is an Oscar Mike badge on the rear tailgate or swing gate. Other special features include: LED headlamps and fog lamps, body-color fender flares, winch-capable steel front bumper, steel rock rails, black wheels and accents and an American flag decal along the side of each vehicle. Inside, the Gladiator and Wrangler Freedom special editions have leather-trimmed cloth seats and black accent stitching.
“With our 1941 origins rooted in the military, we at the Jeep brand are proud of our heritage, and the Gladiator and Wrangler Freedom editions are a tribute to all the servicemen and servicewomen,” said Jim Morrison, senior vice president and head of Jeep brand North America. “Through these special editions, this Fourth of July we honor those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for their country and support those who have served and continue to serve.”
Special Editions to Help Military Charities
Jeep will make a $250 donation to military charities with every Gladiator and Wrangler Freedom edition sold. Ordering for the 2023 special editions will open later this month. The special edition vehicles are scheduled to be available in time for Veterans Day.
All active and recently retired service members also qualify for $500 military bonus cash for 2023 Gladiator and Wrangler Freedom special editions. The Gladiator and Wrangler Freedom trim packages are available on the Sport S trim for $3,295.
Jeep Voted Most Patriotic Brand
Also, this week, consumers ranked Jeep #1 for patriotism in Brand Keys 20th annual survey of American brands. This is the 20th year that Jeep has topped the list of brands considered patriotic. Jeep was followed on the list by Disney, Walmart, Amazon and Coca Cola. The survey was published CRM Magazine which promotes customer relationship management.
