Jeep Offers Employee Pricing and a New Color to Boost 2025 Wrangler and Gladiator Sales

Jeep is joining Ford in offering employee sized discounts on new vehicles. If you are in the market, Jeep is also introducing a vibrant new orange, just in time for spring.

With all of the uncertainty in the auto market right now, Ford and now Jeep are offering employee pricing discounts on current models. The move is aimed at clearing out current inventory and boosting sales at a critical time. All of the automakers are concerned about the effects of tariffs on imported models and also imported parts and components. Buyers who are looking at 2025 Jeep Wranglers and Gladiators may find great deals right now.

Employee Pricing

Employee pricing has been one of the biggest perks in the auto industry because it typically gives both blue and white collar workers significant discounts on new models. The discounts can be as much as ten percent. The savings usually apply to nearly every model but sometimes the automakers do exclude the models in the highest demand, like sports cars or performance trucks. It appears both the 2025 Jeep Wrangler and the 2025 Jeep Gladiator qualify for the savings.

Jeep’s Vibrant New Color

Typically, every year, Jeep introduces a few standout colors to its regular lineup. Recently, Jeep rolled out Mojito Green. Earlier this year, it added a military olive green called ’41. Now, Jeep has created a limited-edition orange color for Wrangler and Gladiator called Joose. The spectacular orange is a brand new color, not a retro edition. It is available to order now at a U.S. MSRP of $895.

“The Jeep brand defies the sea of sameness in the SUV segment with bold, limited-edition colors," said Bob Broderdorf, CEO, Jeep brand. "A striking shade like Joose lets our customers express their individuality and stand out, whether they're navigating city streets or conquering the next mountain pass."

Joose joins other limited-edition colors from Jeep brand in recent years, including High Velocity yellow and my favorite,  Tuscadero pink. Joose emulates the color of a freshly squeezed glass of orange juice and gives off the glow of spring. Joose should be available on all versions of the 2025 Jeep Wrangler. The Wrangler screams freedom of choice, offering leading off-road capability, open-air freedom, advanced powertrains and a refined interior. The Wrangler is also packed with safety and advanced technology features. The Wrangler plug-in hybrid  4xe is the best-selling PHEV in America four years in a row.

Joose is Also Available on the 2025 Jeep Gladiator

Jeep’s limited-edition colors haven’t always been available on the Jeep Gladiator mid-size pickup but Joose will be. The Gladiator is the most off-road capable Jeep truck ever and Joose will make it highly visible on all the trails and at the beach. Much like the popular Wrangler, the Gladiator features rugged utility, open-air freedom and versatility. The Gladiator is available in Sport, Sport S, Willys, Trail Rated Rubicon and a Desert Rated model, Mojave. The Jeep Gladiator has a standard 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 engine, rated at 285 horsepower and 260 lb.-ft. of torque, and a versatile cargo box. The 2025 Jeep Gladiator delivers unmatched capability with unsurpassed 4x4 max towing of up to 7,700 pounds and best-in-class payload of up to 1,725 pounds.

Potential buyers will have to inquire with dealers to find out if the new Joose color is available and if it qualifies for the employee pricing discount. If the new color is on a vehicle currently on the lot, it should qualify. It may not qualify if the vehicle has to be ordered.
