RAV4 Hybrid Was Toyota’s Best-Selling Hybrid in First Half 2022. You Will Not Believe Second Place

Driving a ‘21 Venza XLE and love it. Averaging 40.8 for the life of the vehicle (17,40o0 miles).

Trying to get a hybrid Rav 4.... Still driving our 2008 Toyota Prius, over 240,000 miles. Our average MPG is 50. Sometimes higher, sometimes lower. Still on original battery too!

Have had a new 2022 Rav4 Hybrid XLE Premium for about 3 weeks and love it! Not sure about my mileage yet as I haven't had to put in gas yet.
Only thing I've discovered that I don't like (minor) is if you open the electronic back hatch it unlocks all the doors at the same time. Why? I come outside and open the back to get something out and close it and now my doors are all unlocked unless I remember to lock them manually. Don't see anyway to override or change this option in the settings anywhere.

I’m loving my 2021 Toyota Venza XLE. I just had it a year and have just over 15,000 miles on it. I average 44 mpg when in an area driving under 50 mph and just got off the highway from a 400 mile trip driving speeds over 75 mph and averaged about 37/38 mpg. I’ve previously owned the 4 Runner and RAV4. I like the Venza best.

Ridiculous dealer mark-ups on the Toyota Hybrids. I am not that desperate to purchase until that changes.

Bought a Highlander (called a Kluger here in Australia) as our only car. Extra space with kids is amazing, but lots of friends looking at hybrid RAV4 as one-of-two cars.

generally speaking, I have owned and desire toyota vehicles, however, with all the advancement of technology and complexity of design, I find the most basic thing that is most important to me is seat comfort. I this regard, I personally feel that toyota has fallen from good to poor in this specific area, judging from my own experience. I have test driven the rav4 and the camry and couldn't find what I need based on seat design alone. Honda, on the other hand, has a well-designed seat that feels perfect to me...little things make a big difference...just my two cents...

Surprised to see Venza sales down 48%. Especially considering it is based on the RAV4 Hybrid. Dealers around here sell them before they are even hit the lot.

I have a 2020 Rav-4 XLE hybrid. On a recent trip, 80 miles each way, mileage crested at 48 mpg. It was a lot of curvy road where 55 mph is prudent

2021 hybrid bought new. Was looking at all brands and types of cars because of relative scarcity where we live (Maui). Been a Honda family for 20 years, and Toyota owners previous to that, and they are both great options. But the choice to go hybrid was the hard one, and I have to say I don't miss the "performance". The mileage is better than stated, it has all the comfort you need, and I expect it to be reliable since Toyota has a ton of experience with the platform. Buy one

My 2021 RAV4 Hybrid Limited with 5,777 miles is currently at 40.4 mpg and climbing. I also have the panoramic glass roof and this adds a little extra to the vehicle weight. A great all around vehicle to own and is excellent for navigating the Minnesota winter storms and slippery roads.

Just got a 21 blue flame Rav4 Hybrid XLE Premium AWD. We sold an Electric Focus that had become a burden since I now work from home and we already have a 16 Miata with skyactiv and a 14 Prius hybrid. Just love the Rav4, there was no other choice in our eyes, we now travel long distances and needed a 4wheeler just big enough for us and the dog.

I have a '19 RAV4 LE hybrid. The mileage is excellent during the warm weather months (41mpg). With the winter fuel blend the mileage drops down to 35mpg.

I bought a 2022 camry xse hybrid june 1st (only by pure luck) . I freakin love this car. I idle a lot in it, so my mpg sucks. About 27mpg lol. But I definitely still get way more out of the tank now than I did with my 07 acura tl.

I've owned 4 Priuses, 2 Camrys, a Corolla and a 4Runner. I have loved all these vehicles but the Prius above all others practical.comfirtable and a great value. As of this past month however we have 2 Hyundai Ioniq electrics in the driveway and I sold off my Prius yesterday. I will not buy Toyota again untill they have an affordable, practical competitive EV. Their dragging their feet and refusing to acknowledge that the BEV is the next logical step has put them in a position where they are in danger of losing a huge chunk of their market share/lead to Tesla and the Chinese and now South Korean Auto Companies. They all have better offerings than Toyota now. Good luck retooling and catching up.

My wife and I have a 2021 Rav4 Prime XLE. We get between 46 and 50 miles on electric mode which is adequate for most of our driving. We have the high current charger, so recharging is amazingly fast. The Rav4 has great acceleration and handles well. We have a Prius Prime as well, so if we time our daily driving well, we can swap between cars and stay in EV mode exclusively.

I love my 2021 RAV4 SE Plug in Hybrid. 2 years, 30k miles. It's still the best car I've ever owned. I'd still be driving my 2010 Prius with 220k miles on it if my husband hadn't hit a deer, not once but twice. Second best car I've owned.

My first tank of gas on my Rav 4 Prime….174mpg. Use the car for short trips to shop, post office, appointments, etc Recently took a longer trip which depleted the electric after 40 moles. Will see and post mpg on that usage.

2018 Prius Prime PHEV gas mileage for life of vehicle 95 mpg, all types of driving, city, mountains and long hauls. Last tankfull went 1178 miles and got 125 mpg and still had over a gallon of gas in the tank. Not uncommon to go 1000+ miles on a tank of gas.
