The 2015 Dodge Challenger was designed to feature some styling cues of the 1971 Challenger and while the automaker has succeeded with this evolutionary design – there is still no convertible and the lack of a droptop version in a segment that obviously appreciates the open air freedom really blows my mind.

The EPA said in an April, 2014 report that it is pleased with the progress automakers have made toward meeting fuel economy standards. While the report had many interesting facts, one item stood out: Automakers have begun trading large sums of EPA emissions "credits" with one another. This practice of buying and selling EPA credits is both a tribute to capitalism and an area of concern for environmentalists.

Last month, the Chevrolet Camaro moved more than 9,000 units for the first time since the first half of 2012 – allowing the Camaro to soundly pummel both the Ford Mustang and the Dodge Challenger in monthly sales while also giving the Camaro back the lead in annual muscle car sales for 2014.
