(Pink Sheets: CYPW), developer of the all-fuel, clean-tech Cyclone Engine, and Phoenix Power Group LLC announced that they have also successfully completed fabrication, assembly and initial testing of the first pre-production Waste Heat Engines (WHE-25) manufactured by TopLine Energy Systems.
