And issues up for vote include giving Tesla the ability to do a 3 to 1 stock split, in addition to other proposals that Tesla management has advised voting against such as issues pertaining to child labor and water risk. Tesla has added a feature to Model S and Model X that allows them to recognize road conditions, detect potholes, speed bumps and other imperfections on the road, and adjust the car suspension accordingly. The idea for the future is to combine this features within the Autopilot so that the system can automatically dodge them.
