Ford has announced pricing for the two-series Fiesta ST line-up, and with large numbers of pre-orders, it’s already a big hit in the UK.
The all-new 2014 Ford Fiesta ST goes on sale in the UK starting in March and orders for the hot hatch have already exceeded 15,000 units before its arrival. And with pricing that Ford has just announced, it looks like the new Fiesta ST will be a big hit in Europe. The 2014 Ford Fiesta ST goes on sale priced from £16,995 and £17,995, up to £2,000 less than the segment competitors. The hot hatchback is available in a three-door bodystyle and two trim levels: ST and ST2.
Dealers are gearing up for the March arrival of the Fiesta ST in their showrooms with a “Fiesta Day” on January 24th to “help manage unprecedented levels of interest” in Ford’s new baby. The Fiesta has been the UK’s top selling car since 2009, and with 15,000 orders already in for the new ST, it should remain at the top of the sales list. In addition to special showroom features and attractions, Ford has also launched a Facebook app which analyzes information on profile pages to match users with their ideal Fiesta specification. Singing star Jessie Ware has a video below that encourages the submission of ideas on the perfect 24 hours in a new Fiesta.

Ford's second ST
Buyers in the UK have already been purchasing the Ford Fiesta in large numbers and the new ST arrival will give Ford another hot hatch to go along with the Focus ST in the UK. “The UK’s renowned love affair with fast Fords is about to get another boost,” said Mark Ovenden, Ford Britain managing director. “We have had fantastic success with the new Focus ST, and the Fiesta ST will deliver similar thrills to a whole new audience and at a uniquely accessible price.”
The all-new Ford Fiesta ST is proof that compact cars can be performance oriented and anything but boring. Look for the all-new 2014 Ford Fiesta ST and ST2 to arrive in UK dealer showrooms starting in March. The U.S. version 2014 Fiesta ST will be arriving on U.S. shores this spring.
