I have owned 4 Subaru’s. GL wagon, A Loyale Sedan, A Legacy Sedan and last a forester.
I just don’t know why anyone would buy anything else if they live in snow country or visit the mountains often. If you drive a Toyota Corolla or similar then get behind the wheel a of Subaru, you can feel the difference. I rented a new Toyota sedan and it felt small, light and unstable on the freeway at higher speeds (70-85 mph). I drove it for two weeks and then switched to a Chevy impala. It was more solid and I felt safer. When I finally purchased another car I got a subaru forester and there was a marked difference in handling between the Toyota and Subaru. The Subaru felt more like a sturdy well built, safe American car. There is really no comparison... test drive both and you’ll see. Subaru has luxury features standard and safety isn’t skimped on at all. It’s a far better value no matter how you look at it. They’re just well built, dependable and nice looking too. Subaru knows how to build a good car! Love my Subi.
