Tesla has a feature they just added to their vehicles and this feature is genius. Here's what it is.
Tesla's Genius Feature
Tesla frequently releases software updates, called over the air updates, to its vehicle fleet. Customers are getting a vehicle that constantly improves itself. One of the recent features added is genius.
What is this feature? It's a feature that will make it so that you never again have to wonder why a driver in front of you (at least a Tesla driver) has a blinker on and isn't turning that blinker off.
Whenever you turn on the blinker in a car, your intent is usually to change lanes. Often times, for those of us that are forgetful like me, you will leave your blinker on in the car. This makes others behind you puzzled.
Tesla's feature is genius because it turns off the car blinker after you change lanes. The software knows when you have finally gotten into the next lane and turns off the blinker for you. I've even changed two lanes over and the software was smart enough to wait until I was in the 2nd lane over.
This is a genius feature and is an improvement for the vehicle and makes things nice and easy for everyone else on the road.

Other Tesla Features
The auto turn signal is a great feature and will benefit me as I get older and get more forgetful. Thank you Tesla! My Model 3 RWD will not be bothersome to people behind me.
There's quite a few other features that are great that Tesla release with its update, 2022.44.25.3. These all come for free for any Tesla car owner:
Apple Music:
You can stream over 100 million songs and over 30,000 playlists ad-free. This was a feature that has been requested for a long time.
Steam (Beta):
Steam (Beta) allows you to access the Steam store of computer games directly from your Tesla. You can buy and play immersive games that have been verified on Steam Deck. This feature is currently available only on the Model S and Model X, with 16 GB DDR memory and required Premium Connectivity.
Dog Mode:
Doge mode lets you set your car to dog mode while letting you see your dog from the Tesla app. The center screen in the Tesla will display a message letting anyone looking in that the dog is safe and the temperature is a safe temperature.
Media Controls:
Media controls are closer to the driver for easy access. You can swipe up to access 'Recents and Favorites' and 'Sources'. You can also swipe left or right to access trips and tire pressure.
myQ Connected Garage:
myQ Connected Garage door openers are now supported - you can monitor and control your garage door remotely using your vehicle's touchscreen.
Climate Control Fan Speed:
You can adjust fan speed intenity while remaining in AUTO climate by selecting between LO, MED, and HI from the fan intensity selector on the climate control popup.
Emissions Testing Mode w/ Mobile App:
Emissions Testing Mode can be used from the Mobile app. Long press any quick controls icon from the home screen and drag the icon to the top row.
Zoom Meetings:
You can now have a zoom meeting from inside your Tesla. Very handy for those who commute to work or do a lot of driving. I can see this being very useful when Tesla FSD is being widely used for Robotaxi.
There's even more features than this. What do you think of these free features? Are these good updates?
