Jeep has released the full run of pricing for Jeep's new family SUV. Depending on your desired trim, there is a range of nearly $30,000.
Jeep is finally letting us in on the pricing for its all-new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L lineup and it appears there is something for everyone’s needs and budget. The first ever three-row Grand Cherokee has been highly anticipated because it will give Jeep families a larger vehicle to grow into. The Jeep Grand Cherokee L is equipped with more than 110 safety and security features. It also has available driver-assist systems and 360-degree surround view and night vision cameras. Drivers can also opt for a digital rearview mirror and a rear seat monitoring camera.
Prices for the different trim packages range from the Laredo model, starting at $36,995 (all prices exclude $1,695 destination fee) and run all the way up to $65,290 for the luxurious Summit Reserve trim, 4x4 model with a V-8 engine. There are several different models available, including the Laredo, Limited, Overland and Summit models. Jeep is promising that the new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L will bring new safety features while also being equipped with the latest Uconnect 5 infotainment system.
“For 80 years, the Jeep brand has consistently introduced exceptional vehicles that set the benchmark for capability and authenticity, including the debut of the Jeep Grand Cherokee, which set the standard for what is expected of a modern SUV,” said Jim Morrison, Vice President, Jeep Brand North America. “The all-new Grand Cherokee L continues to break barriers and push boundaries by ramping up its legendary 4x4 capability, adding a third row of seating for the first time, delivering even more premium on-road manners and providing the most safety and advanced technology features in its class.”
Laredo Model
The Laredo model of the Grand Cherokee L starts at $36,995 for the 4x2 equipped with a V-6. Its new safety features include adaptive cruise control and blind-spot monitoring. It also has new “tip and slide” second-row seats.
Limited Model
The Limited model makes the jump to $43,995 for the 4x2 version with a V-6 engine and adds some premium appointments. The steering wheel is heated, as are the seats in the first two rows. You’ll also have remote start and a new power liftgate. Add $2,000 and you can drive off with the full 4x4 with a V-6 engine.
Overland Model
The Overland model starts at $52,995. The 4x4 models, for $2000 more, add the Jeep Quadra-Trac II system. There is also a V-8 engine available. The Overland has a special appearance, with Nappa leather seats and door panels and standard ventilated front seats. It features new length-adjustable front-row cushions, hands-free foot-activated power liftgate and dual-pane sunroof. You can also add a Trail Rated Off-Road package that adds high-strength steel skid plates, electronic limited slip differential rear axle, 18-inch wheels and all-season tires.
Summit Reserve Model
The Summit Reserve, with a starting price of $61,995, is the luxury package. It includes Palermo leather, and Waxed Walnut wood, ventilated second-row seats, 21-inch wheels and a premium 950-watt, 19-speaker McIntosh audio sound system. The 4x4 package with a V-8 engine brings the price to $65,290.
The 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L is being built at the new Detroit Assembly Complex – Mack Plant. Vehicles should be arriving at dealers any day now, depending on the semiconductor chip shortage. Because the all-new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L has so many hi-tech features, the chips are important to their assembly.
