I ordered a Toyota RAV4 Prime almost two years ago. The vehicle should arrive at the dealership soon. However, I would like to know if I will be entitled to the government credit totaling $13,000 that was promised at the time or if I will have to settle for the $10,000 that will be in effect at the time of delivery.
