Mazda's screaming rotary engine has won the hearts of many enthusiasts, but it hasn't been much of a success commercially. Now, Martijn ten Brink, Mazda's Vice President of Sales and Customer Service said that the rotary may make a new entrance in 2019. For a number of reasons, the reintroduction of the "Wankel" rotary engine may be the most commercially successful, but Rotary lovers ought not get their hopes up.
