Recently one unit is facing service and repair .But Your service agency failed to repair it.They do not have qualified service engineer s.They in Ind ia charge exorbitantly. Keep equipment for 30 to 40 days and then return the machine.with out proper repairs. This caused heavy losses of revenue and kept our work force idle.We are the faithful custmers of your customers in kerala .please help us from the untrained service providers. Also please note they charge the customer heavily and our firm is facing heavy economic loss..
