I purchased a 2017 370 Z two years ago and have never thought I would compete with any Detroit Muscle car..The Z is a sports car in the true sense and while it is difficult to enter and exit, once you are in, the fun begins..Rear wheel drive, a six speed and a throaty V-6 power plant certainly allow one to enjoy the handling without breaking the bank..332 horsepower is more than enough and the car certainly turns eyes as it cruises on a Saturday night..I bought the base model for three reasons.. One was the price, 29 K, and secondly the styling..The 370 Z emulates the original 240 Z in many ways.. The third reason I bought the Z is because it is a Nissan..The fit and finish are far superior to anything the Big 3 can offer and who needs 400 plus horsepower in any car, not to mention that Horsepower does cost money...For under 30 K, I am Fangio replete with driving gloves, aviator sunglasses and a bad attitude..
