The 2014 Ford F150 pickup ranges in curb weight from 4685lbs (regular cab, 6.5 foot bed, base V6 engine, 2WD) to 5904lbs (super crew, 6.5 foot bed, 6.2L V8, 4WD,) with the only current F150 pickups over 6,000lbs being the raptor. If they cut 700lbs from the chassis and everything else is the same, they may actually have trucks with a curb weight under 4,000lbs and the heaviest trucks could be down closer to 5,000lbs since the heaviest trucks in 2014 are 6.2L models and they are killing off that engine. Those are some crazy low weight figures.
