WCF would be 'with correction factor'. This is used to equalize all dyno pulls so they can be compared, so if a car is dyno'ed at high altitude where air is thinner it will produce a comparable chart to a car dyno'ed at sea level. So yes, 427 SAE whp, factor in drivetrain loss and the engine is making 475 flywheel horse. Thank you, have a nice day.
