my wife is experiencing the same problems with her 2008 kia sorento. just took it to the dealership and they can't even look at it until next week. This is the second time. We found out through a very competent garage that they have bulletins for this issue but no recall. in otherwords no warranty replacement. I'd definitely discourage anyone else from buying one. If they knew they had a problem all those years why did they continue producing and installing fault parts. The bulletins proved that they knew there was a problem and did nothing to solve it,If that was not bad enough the service clerk treated my wife rude.
