^ Huh??? Realize that both gasoline engines and diesel engines must continue rotating to operate. Diesels do generally produce more torque at low RPM's compared to gasoline engines. Electric motors on the other hand can produce nearly all of there available torque off of 0 RPM...something the mighty diesel cannot do.
