My story is exactly the same. They try to treat you like you are some sort of deficient moron who just doesn't get it. We need an organized approach maybe using social media to bring them to task.
(I was a big Toyota "believer" until Toyota demonstrated a complete lack of honor.) I really would love to see them brought to accountability on this issue.
