I am still having the lurching problem, in the 1-2 and 2-3 shifts. Really scary when this happens in the middle of a turn! If the car didn't have this issue I would be very happy with it. The dealer has changed the tranny fluid (?) for whatever reason, on my car with less than 3000 miles. They also supposedly made an "upgraded" change to the computer. No change that I can see. The MPG indicator took two weeks to start reporting reasonable MPG readings. Are there class action law suits in progress that I should get in to? ZF Has stated in one of their posts that these problems are all related to the software and not the tranny itself. I would really enjoy the car if this could be fixed. I don't want Acura stalling until the warranty runs out. Would phone calls to Acura customer help? Thanks guys for any suggestions/help.
