I saw one Buick owner was considering this custom convertible 1972 Buick Skylark. If it was offered to you, what would you do with it?

This Buick doesn't have an AC, is a project and the car doesn't run.

It has a good TH350 transmission in the car. As you can see it has rust, but seems repairable.

We are not advertising it, but just asking for discussion. What could be done with this?
