Failure defined by less than 80% capacity!!!!. Looks like somebody is cherry picking data. How about failure rates for Leafs in the USA? Lets see... the capacity loss warranty provides battery replacement at 4 bars lost or 66% of capacity remaining. So when the capacity drops to less than 80% its unfit for use but Nissan will not replace it until you are at 66%. I must ask Do the European Leaf buyers get a better warranty than Leaf buyers in the USA? I'm sure the cooler climate in most of Europe has nothing to do with the better durability of their under designed battery.
