As of 11-6-16 my IS250 with 75k miles in shop with same issue, 9 year warranty out of date by 5 months. Lexus has agreed to pay $1500 toward 6k rebuild

I'm still in negotiations but after reading blog realize I'm not going to get anywhere. I would like to stay in contact and pursue Class Action Lawsuit
