Negative. I have IS 250, 2012 having the same problem with the carbon buildup. Lexus says it needs top engine cleaning, remove plugs, intake/valve clean for $1164.65. NO DIFFERENCE IN ISSUES RESEARCHED FOR 2006-2011.
