My husband bought me a Honda
My husband bought me a Honda CR-V 2013 on December 2012, it was a good car but then last year we started to get many calls from a sales person at the Honda dealership so we went on last December 2015 without not intentions to buy just to find out how much my car was worth. During the conversation, the seller started mentioned to my husband about the CR-V Touring 2015 and its new technology for people to drive safer. That was it for my husband because since he knows I am not a good driver, he got more into the conversation so at the end it was a done deal. Next day we went to finish the paperwork and also we wanted to add a front sensors which costed us $1000 just to find out last month, they were aftermarket, The front sensors stop working the first month and when I took the car back to get them fix it seems that they are still broke. Other than that any future that was the main reason why my husband bought me this car never worked and regardless the two times I took it to the service department, they can not see anything wrong with it. One time I was driving in the freeway at 70 miles per hour and the brake system started to slow down without any alert, I got pretty scared and I almost had an accident and in two other occasions, driving back home the brake signal went on when I was turning to the street where my house is. The service manager's explanation was that because it is a new technology like when the new smart phones came to market back in the 2000's and it was too hard to manipulate the touching screen. I told him that what he was saying was like the technology was too much for this car. I am very upset and I feel unsafe driving this car, I hate it but what bothers me the most is that the lied to us when first they sold us a very expensive and defective front sensors and we are pretty sure that a defective car. I will never buy a Honda again and is sad because I always wanted one and this was my second and last one. We bought both at Honda in Frisco Texas. The service is terrible and they tell you anything with the only intention to sell you a car regardless they have to lie.
