Good morning Elizabeth. All Honda dealers are independent businesses, and some are better than others. I'm sorry to read that your experience was a bad one. As to the "front end collision avoidance system" on your CR-V. You can turn this feature off with the push of a button. I'm not sure what your reffering to as an aftermarket front end sensor. Is it for parking? Please expand. Thank you for your comment.
