The Lexus IS 250 ABSOLUTELY HAS A REMOTE STARTER BUILT IN - starting in 2015 if an IS has navigation then it automatically comes with the Lexus Enform Remote (which is both an iPhone/Android phone Application AND a functionality activated on the key fob. It is spectacular; and does quite a bit more than just act like a Remote Start). There is a subscription after the complimentary 1st year to keep these features active.
