2013 Tacoma TRD 4x4 with 4.0 V6 here. I now have 74,000 miles on it. VERY rough ride, noisy, sluggish and slow for a large V6, and poor mileage. The truck is handsome in appearance, but I'm trying to figure out why this pickup is so popular. I have to push the RPMs very high to get any power from this engine, and it sounds like the engine is about to destroy itself.
