I'm ordering a 2016 Edge Sport in a couple of days after an incredible test drive which had me grinning ear to ear. The ride is supple, and the big 21" low profile tires absorb the chop without pounding. The cabin is quiet, and so is the engine, though it growls nicely when you bury your foot. Steering is taut and responsive, and it is roomier than any comparably priced import. Acceleration is surprisingly brisk for a big vehicle. Trimming out unnecessary high tech options keeps the price in the range of a high end Platinum. This vehicle must be driven to be believed. Ford has done a tremendous job developing the 2nd gen Edge.
