I live in one of the 39 other states and this is not what I want to listen to. We have a 2011 Leaf with NO battery heater. when outside temps drop into the single digits we get 15 miles on a full charge. We need that 2016 Volt now not next year.
So my options are to spend another winter freezing in my car or drive to Maryland and buy a Volt there? Even by GM standards this is poor.
