2013 Forester short block replaced at 58k miles.
NOW, 90k rings in first cylinder “broke”.
Subaru replacing short block and valves etc. a $6,800 repair. Technically I am out of warranty; I’ve agreed to pay $750. Subaru has always treated me fairly, including loaners.
