My 2009 just bit the dust today with 272000 miles on it. Took it in and the dealer gave me a list of problems including exhaust work, plus replacing both batteries for close to 10K. So I'm going to get another one, since that gets me most of the way to a used one with under 100k miles on it that should last me another 5-7 years.
