bought my 2014 new. Over the years I have had maybe 12 times the cruse failed to turn on. Repeated button presses always worked. Yesterday, no joy. Found this post today, went out and k-chopped the wheel behind the on/off button and it works.

I would consider replacing the control, my old ram it was ez pzy to get to the controls, but this one, looks like a real choir. Have to remove air bag.
